The streamer becomes the ruler, while you and the other viewers become citizens – together you fight for survival in the dangerous world of Arthengard. Here's how it works: Register with your Twitch account in the app and become part of the stream city. While the streamer makes strategic decisions about city expansion, exploration missions, and coordinating citizens, you gather resources, construct buildings, and defend the city live on stream against threats from the dungeons. Which streaming platforms are supported?▼
Currently the game only works with a Twitch login and Twitch bot. YouTube and TikTok are planned, but implementation is still uncertain. Feel free to follow the Legends of Arthengard TikTok channel in the meantime, as livestreams there require at least 1,000 followers.
Do I need a Twitch account to participate?▼
Yes! This is necessary to interact with the Twitch bot in the Twitch chat. This is how your account is linked to your favorite streamer's city.
Do I need to invest a lot of time to make progress?▼
No, it's an idle game. 2-3 times a day for a few minutes is usually enough to reach the full potential.
On which platforms can I play Legends of Arthengard?▼
Legends of Arthengard is available as a native app for iOS and Android. Simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Your progress is synchronized between both platforms.
Can I leave the city and join another one?▼
Yes, you can also move your character to other streamer cities. However, you must wait 24 hours before you can switch cities again.
Can I personalize or rename my character?▼
No, your Twitch name is automatically used. There are no other personalizations available at this time.
Am I allowed to play with more than one Twitch account?▼
Yes, you are. However, you can only have one character per Twitch account.
How do I get the Twitch bot to run my own city?▼
The Twitch bot is currently only available to selected streamers. Apply for the Limited Early Access and you might get a spot.
Can my moderators take over my tasks?▼
Yes, your mods have the same permissions as you as a streamer in the game.
Can I play the game alongside my normal stream?▼
Yes, Legends of Arthengard runs independently of your stream. You only need the LOA Twitch bot so your viewers can join your city via chat.
How can I participate in the Limited Early Access as a streamer?▼
Apply for the Limited Early Access via the form or ask nicely on Discord.
Will this game have loot boxes?▼
